How DO I ORDER?
The easiest way to order Butterfan Pop-up Buffets is on you mobile phone, tablet or pc. You can choose one of our pre-set buffets and the amount of people attending click a button and you are good to go!
For custom buffets, theme parties, decor rentals or anything else you desire for your event, give us a call directly at 403 861 7146 we'll be more than happy to help.
How far in advance can i order?
We are pretty good at reacting quickly for las minute events and luncheons, we can't always accomodate but we will try our best, that's a guarantee! That being said we prefer 24 hours for lunches and a week for larger parties.
What is the minimum order for delivery, delivery charge?
At Butterfan Buffets no order is too small, we will deliver to you within the Calgary city limits for a flat rate charge of $15 per delivery.
Can i set up a corporate account?
The quick answer is YES! All initial orders are C.O.D. and can be paid easily via email. We require a quick credit application to be filled out, then we can set you up an account that can be billed monthly.

Do you supply decor?
Yes! Butterfan has an extensive array of decor and food service items to take your event from nice to whoa! Lighting, tableware, tents, silk plants, themed tableware, linens, bubble machine, hot dog machine etc... Coming soon we will have a full online catalogue of all of our event rentals.

Do you deliver out of town?
Why yes we do! Butterfan loves road trips! We charge $100 flat rate for delivery outside the city limits (within reason).
